Our colleagues at the customer service department are happy to help you with all non-sales related questions and reports. For advice on products and technical questions, please contact our sales assistants.


Stock items ordered on workdays before 18.00 will be shipped the same day. If you have a night safe, we can also offer night delivery. Want to know the shipping status of your order? You will find this in your order in the webshop or in the order confirmation that we sent you by email.

Are you in the neighbourhood and would do you prefer to collect pick up your order? Our counter in Hoogvliet is open every workday between 8.30 and 17.00. We are happy to help you with placing and collecting picking up your order. You can place an order for immediate collection and collect it immediately at the counter or collect pick up online orders.

You order from us with an account. And you pay us on account. It’s all very convenient. When assigning an account, we immediately discuss your payment conditions and apply a standard payment term of 30 days after the invoice date. Are you collecting an order? At our collection counter, you can also pay with Chip & PIN.

Returns and shortage of delivery

We do our utmost to ensure that every order runs smoothly. But of course, things can sometimes go wrong. Do you want to return something? Please indicate this on the return form and we will deal with it. Are you expecting an order, but it hasn't been delivered yet? Check the shipping status of your orderorder or report a shortage of delivery.

Quality is important to us. We only supply items from A-brand manufacturers and our own Intertruck brand of comparable quality or even better. However, there’s always the possibility of an item not performing as you had expected. We apologise for this. Do you have a defective item and does it fall under the warranty? We will take care of this for you when you fill in the guarantee form.
